## ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Founding Talent Sourcer to keep our Talent Partners supplied with a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

- Find the right people: research and identify strong candidates for our open roles
- Reach out at volume: run outreach across email, LinkedIn and other channels
- Turn outreach into meetings: keep a high conversion rate from first message to qualified meeting
- Keep improving: test and refine your messaging, and use AI tools to make outreach faster and more structured

This is a full-time role in our London office.

## WHO YOU ARE

We care more about hunger and grit than years on a resume:

- A recent graduate from a top UK university, ideally in economics, the humanities or a related field
- A strong writer and communicator: your messages sound like a person, not a template
- A natural researcher who enjoys finding the right people
- Comfortable using AI tools, and you treat outreach as a process to improve rather than a guessing game
- Some sourcing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not essential
- 0–3 years of recruiting experience
