## What You’ll Work On

As our FP&A Analyst, EMEA, you’ll support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across our EMEA business, with a strong focus on expense management and financial performance.

- Own the preparation and coordination of annual and periodic expense forecasts and long-range financial plans, including P&L forecasting.
- Track financial performance against management targets, forecasts and prior periods, identifying key variances and the business drivers behind performance.
- Partner with EMEA business stakeholders to understand financial performance and spend, support business planning, and help expense owners understand their cost responsibilities and track spend effectively.
- Lead workforce and non-workforce forecasting, including headcount planning, in collaboration with key business functions.
- Oversee cost allocation, ensuring expenses are reflected in the correct cost centers and improving transparency of spend across the business.
- Develop financial analyses, reporting and KPIs to support management decision-making and the evaluation of initiatives and investments.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of FP&A processes, tools, templates and reporting.

## What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong financial and analytical skills with curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the numbers.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A, controlling, corporate finance, management accounting, audit or another relevant finance function.
- Experience with financial data, analysis and reporting; exposure to budgeting, forecasting or management reporting is preferred.
- Previous experience working within a multinational or international business environment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a solid understanding of fundamental finance and accounting principles.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with financial modelling tools such as Anaplan is an advantage.
- A curious, business-oriented mindset with an interest in understanding the commercial drivers behind financial results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and in an international environment.
- A structured and detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on data accuracy and the ability to work effectively within recurring reporting, forecasting and budgeting deadlines.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
