Required Qualifications •4–6 years of experience in fraud investigation, fraud operations, payment risk, or fraud analytics. •Strong understanding of first-party and third-party fraud, friendly fraud, dispute abuse, card fraud, account takeover, and payment fraud. •Knowledge of US payment systems, including debit card transactions, card disputes and chargebacks, ACH, and account-to-account money movement. •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, investigate complex cases, and translate findings into actionable fraud controls. •Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing transaction data using spreadsheets, dashboards, or similar tools. •Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. ## Preferred Qualifications •Experience with fraud detection platforms, transaction monitoring systems, or case management tools. •Experience in a US-focused fintech, neobank, digital bank, or card issuing business. •Experience designing and tuning fraud rules, analyzing dispute trends, and improving fraud detection strategies. •Familiarity with card authorization, settlement, ACH return codes, and US consumer dispute processes. •Experience with Python or automation for fraud analytics.
