Missions :

Phase d’avant-vente :

- Participer aux phases d’avant-vente avec les commerciaux, les programmes managers et les experts métiers
- Participer au chiffrage des projets de son équipe (qualité, coût et délai)

Pilotage et suivi du delivery :

- Piloter une équipe d’ingénieurs passionnés sur les phases de prototypage, conception, test  et validation (POC/EVT/DVT/PVT)
- Garantir la qualité produit et les process établis ainsi que le respect des normes HSE en vigueur
- Participer / mettre en place / effectuer des analyses de cycle de vie des produits permettant l’amélioration des impacts RSE des produits
- Implémenter les guidelines des analyses éco-design dans les développements produits
- Identifier, qualifier et assurer la bonne gestion des fournisseurs
- Piloter le transfert en production depuis la présérie jusqu’à production série
- Gérer la revue de design et l’analyse DFx (DFA / DFM / DFT)

Profil recherché :

- Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent bac+5 avec une spécialisation en Mécanique, Mécatronique, Electronique, Software ou Robotique
- Une expérience significative en gestion de projet et industrialisation de produit
- Une connaissance multi-métiers des contraintes en Mécanique, Electronique et Software est nécessaire
- Un bon relationnel pour assurer la relation client, animer le pilotage des projets et la gestion des fournisseurs
- Fortes compétences en cadrage, gestion, suivi de projet et reporting
- Avoir un leadership naturel et un esprit d’équipe affuté avec une vraie volonté d’adresser des challenges.
- L’anglais est nécessaire
