Ben jij een ervaren Shopify & CRO Specialist met een passie voor slimme webshopoptimalisatie? Heb jij oog voor merkbeleving én conversie? Voor een snelgroeiende, betekenisvolle e-commerce speler zoeken we met spoed extra capaciteit binnen het e-commerce team. Jouw analytisch vermogen én gevoel voor stijl zorgen voor een webshop waar inhoud, uitstraling en rendement samenkomen.

Over de opdracht Deze social enterprise verkoopt unieke producten met een verhaal: sieraden, cards en cadeaus die werken als “lucky tools”. Alles wordt met de hand gemaakt door vakmensen in Nepal en India, zodat elke aankoop écht het verschil maakt. Inmiddels groeit het merk snel en is de webshop hét kanaal voor internationale expansie.

Door een capaciteitsprobleem is er nu dringend behoefte aan een freelance Shopify & CRO Specialist die het e-commerce team hands-on ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van de webshop. Niet alleen door te adviseren, maar vooral door direct te bouwen, analyseren en verbeteren.

Wat ga je doen?

- Optimaliseren van de Shopify-webshop voor conversie en merkbeleving
- Verbeteren van productpresentatie en merchandising
- Opmaken & optimaliseren van landingspagina’s voor campagnes en gifting
- Analyseren van data & vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
- Opzetten, uitvoeren en evalueren van A/B-testen
- Signaleren en prioriteren van conversiekansen
- Bewaken van een consistente online stijl die het merkverhaal versterkt
- Het e-commerce team praktisch ontlasten met directe verbeteracties

De ideale kandidaat:

- Ruime ervaring met Shopify
- Specialist in conversie-optimalisatie (CRO) en A/B-testen
- Creatief én analytisch sterk—je ziet commerciële kansen én kijkt verder dan alleen knoppen en funnels
- Ervaring met e-commerce merchandising en customer journey optimalisatie
- Zelfstandig, hands-on en gewend om snel in te stappen
- Gevoel voor stijl, merk en online presentatie
