Iemand die helpt om meer structuur, grip en overzicht aan te brengen in de finance-organisatie. De organisatie bestaat uit meerdere retail- en franchiseactiviteiten en groeit snel. De basis staat, maar finance moet verder worden geprofessionaliseerd. Er is behoefte aan iemand die niet alleen adviseert, maar vooral zorgt dat processen, rapportages en werkwijzen echt gaan werken in de dagelijkse operatie. Het gaat om een opdracht van ongeveer 1 dag per week. Veel kan flexibel worden ingevuld, maar het is belangrijk dat je af en toe op locatie in regio Zuid-Holland kunt zijn om goed aan te haken bij de organisatie en de mensen. WAT GA JE DOEN? Je helpt de organisatie om de finance-functie steviger en schaalbaarder neer te zetten. Denk aan het aanbrengen van structuur, het verbeteren van processen en het zorgen voor betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Concreet ga je aan de slag met onder andere: - het opnieuw inrichten en professionaliseren van de finance-organisatie; - het verbeteren van financiële processen, administratie en controles; - het opzetten van heldere rapportages en managementinformatie; - budgettering, forecasting en cashflowmanagement; - het goed gebruiken en verder inbedden van Visma; - het verminderen van de afhankelijkheid van de externe accountant; - het begeleiden, aansturen en meenemen van finance-medewerkers; - het creëren van meer overzicht over de verschillende bedrijven en activiteiten; - compliance, documentatie en rapportages rondom crowdfunding. Het doel is geen dik theoretisch finance-plan, maar een praktisch en schaalbaar finance-fundament dat werkt. WIE ZOEKEN WE? We zoeken iemand die senior genoeg is om snel overzicht te creëren, maar ook praktisch genoeg om zelf zaken op te pakken en werkend te maken. Je past goed bij deze opdracht als je: - ervaring hebt als Senior Finance Professional, Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Controller of vergelijkbaar; - spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels; - ervaring hebt met het begeleiden of aansturen van finance-medewerkers; - snel structuur aanbrengt in cijfers, processen en verantwoordelijkheden; - houdt van bouwen, verbeteren en professionaliseren; - duidelijk communiceert en eigenaarschap neemt; - goed schakelt tussen strategie, operatie en administratie; - ervaring hebt met rapportages, cashflow, forecasting en interne controles; - bij voorkeur ervaring hebt met retail, franchise, multi-entity organisaties of groeibedrijven; - bekend bent met Visma, of snel nieuwe financiële systemen eigen maakt. Ervaring met crowdfunding, compliance, governance of financiële regelgeving is een sterke pre. We zoeken nadrukkelijk geen zware corporate finance-directeur of afstandelijke adviseur. Wel iemand die nuchter, daadkrachtig en hands-on is. Iemand die finance overzichtelijk maakt, mensen meeneemt en zorgt dat er meer grip ontstaat. ## PRAKTISCH - Start: bij voorkeur op korte termijn - Inzet: circa 8–12 uur per week / ongeveer 1 dag per week - Locatie: hybride, met af en toe aanwezigheid in regio Zuid-Holland - Tarief: maximaal €75 per uur - Duur: in overleg, maar sowieso een paar maanden Het tarief vraagt om een realistische match: veel ervaring is fijn, maar we begrijpen ook dat dit geen opdracht is voor een zwaar corporate tarief.
