About the role: We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a deep appreciation for well-crafted UIs and seamless user experiences. You'll be instrumental in building the features that make our powerful product feel intuitive and delightful to use. Our users, legal professionals, operate under pressure and deal with high-stakes knowledge. Your mission is to build experiences that reduce cognitive load, guide users to the information they need, and help them fully leverage our product's capabilities. You'll collaborate closely with our product team to translate vision into reality. This role goes beyond implementation. We value engineers who contribute strategic thinking about how features should work, not just how they should be built. Attention to detail matters here, from structure and architecture to animations and micro-interactions. You'll have significant ownership over frontend architecture decisions and a real opportunity to shape how we build our product as we scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll write and ship production code daily, but also one where your voice matters in product discussions, architectural decisions, and the evolution of our design system. We're looking for someone who brings both humility and strong opinions, someone who can advocate for their ideas while remaining open to feedback and different perspectives.
