## About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist at a high-performing hospital in Napa County. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining imaging standards while delivering essential care to a supportive community.

This opportunity has location and schedule flexibility - from 5 days a week onsite (preferred) to 3 days a week onsite with remote days.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities

- Procedure Focus: This role involves a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including:- Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
- Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement
- Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration
- Clinical Leadership: You will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows.
- General Diagnostic: While the focus is breast procedures, you will be expected to read mammograms and general diagnostic studies, schedule permitting.
- Medical Directorship: Opportunity available, but not required

Position Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. (Reduced schedule may be available)
- Compensation: $500,000+
- Location: Onsite or hybrid, hospital setting in Napa County, CA
- Call Expectations: None.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, credentialing support, and administrative infrastructure.
- Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position.
- Target Start Date: ASAP.
- Other: Occasional cross-site coverage in the region may be needed

## Qualifications

- Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist.
- Breast Radiology fellowship training preferred.
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in California.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program.
