Bij AE doe je dat in wisselende klantencontexten, op het snijvlak van business en technologie. AI in deze rol AI-tooling zoals Copilot en Claude maakt al deel uit van het dagelijkse analysewerk: documentatie structureren, requirements scherper formuleren, modellen sneller opstellen. Niet als vervanging van het denkwerk — wel als manier om meer tijd te steken in wat telt. Daarnaast krijg je als FA steeds vaker te maken met projecten waarbij AI zelf het onderwerp is. Een klant wil een AI-feature in hun applicatie: wat moet het systeem doen, hoe ziet de gebruikerservaring eruit, wat zijn de randgevallen, hoe integreer je dat in bestaande processen? Dat zijn functionele analysevragen — en jij bent degene die ze stelt en beantwoordt.
