What We Typically Look For:

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency in back-end and front-end programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and AWS is preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of writing a variety of automated tests
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Passion for scalable systems, clean architecture, and developer-friendly APIs
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Intermediate English speaking skills, level B2 or greater
