The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking Gameday Assistants/Flight Crew in Rochester, NY for the 2025-26 season (November – May).

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist with game day production, including setup, show scripting, promotions, and entertainment elements.
- Support in-arena operations (e.g., on-field contests, crowd engagement, mascot support).
- Help run video board content, music cues, and sponsorship activations.
- Work with the marketing and social media teams to capture content and engage fans.
- Provide event support for community appearances, player signings, and youth lacrosse programs.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the fan experience and overall show atmosphere.
- Support general office and event logistics as needed.

Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

- College student pursuing a degree in sports management, communications, marketing, broadcasting, or related fields, or recent college graduate
- Enthusiastic about sports, live events, and teamwork
- Reliable, detail- and deadline-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule
- Comfortable in a fast-paces, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ.  The projected compensation range for this position is below. The estimate displayed represents the typical range for this position and is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
