【岗位职责】

1、核心研发：研发和优化核心交易组件，包括撮合模块、订单处理、订单簿数据结构和低延迟服务链路。

2、高并发与性能调优：深入代码逻辑、内存管理、并发模型（线程/协程）、网络 IO 及操作系统行为，攻克高吞吐与极低延迟场景下的性能瓶颈。

3、高可用与稳定性：落地与完善高可用机制，保障系统在极端行情、硬件故障下的故障切换、恢复、降级及业务连续性。

4、提升工程质量，完善测试、可观测性、日志、指标、链路追踪、文档和故障复盘机制。

【任职要求】

1、5 年以上后端经验（技术栈不限），且近几年专注于高并发高可用的核心系统

2、精通 Linux 网络编程（Socket、TCP/IP或异步 IO 模型），深入理解多线程/多进程/协程并发编程与内存模型

3、能精准定位并解决内存布局/垃圾回收（GC）、CPU Cache、网络路径及系统限制带来的性能瓶颈

4、在突发故障或极端行情高压下保持冷静，具备严谨的排障思路、谨慎的发布习惯与完善的可观测性意识

【加分项】

1、业务背景：有撮合引擎、订单簿、行情系统、券商系统、高频交易（HFT）开发经验

1、熟悉无锁（Lock-Free）结构、NUMA 架构、用户态网络栈（DPDK/Kernel Bypass）或硬件加速。
