## Job description

【岗位职责】 1、全面负责专业交易平台的产品规划、路线图设计、版本迭代和落地质量。 2、深入研究专业交易员、资深交易用户及机构/半机构用户的交易流程，抽象核心需求并转化为产品方案。 3、负责专业 K 线、行情展示、下单面板、订单管理、持仓管理、选择交易、多腿交易等核心模块设计。 4、对标主流专业版及传统金融交易终端，持续提升产品专业度和易用性。 5、与研发、设计、交易系统、风控、运营等团队协作，推动复杂交易场景高质量交付。 6、建立并跟踪产品指标，关注专业用户留存、交易转化、使用深度、交易效率和用户满意度。 6、对交易链路的效率、安全感、稳定性、信息密度和专业用户体验负责，持续打磨产品细节。

【任职要求】 1、5 年以上产品经验，有专业交易终端、行情软件、券商、期货、外汇、衍生品、金融交易平台等相关产品经验。 2、具备较深交易理解，熟悉专业交易用户的实际工作流，包括看盘、分析、下单、盯仓、止盈止损、订单管理等场景。 3、熟悉 K 线、盘口、订单簿、限价单、市价单、条件单、止盈止损、持仓、成交、资金等基础交易能力。 4、有复杂 Web 工具型产品经验，能处理高信息密度、高交互频率、高稳定性要求的产品场景。 5、具备较强产品判断力，能够识别专业用户真实痛点，而不是简单复制竞品功能。 6、具备产品负责人意识，能独立制定方向、拆解路径、推动跨团队协作，并对最终产品结果负责。 7、具备优秀的 PRD、交互方案、需求优先级判断、AI使用能力和项目推进能力。

【加分项】 1、做过聚合交易、跨所交易、多腿交易、策略交易、专业 K 线、行情系统或量化辅助工具。 2、自己有股票、期货、外汇、期权或其他衍生品交易经验，深度使用各类交易终端产品 3、有国际化交易产品经验，理解不同市场交易用户的使用习惯。 4、对交易系统、撮合、风控、行情延迟、订单状态流转等底层机制有一定理解。
