Als General Counsel / Head of Legal (m/w/d) verantwortest du die gesamte Rechtsfunktion bei GALVANY und entwickelst diese strategisch weiter. Du berichtest direkt an den CEO und arbeitest eng mit dem Leadership Team als zentraler Sparringspartner für alle rechtlichen und unternehmensrelevanten Fragestellungen. Du bringst Struktur in komplexe Themen, triffst klare Abwägungen zwischen Risiko und Geschwindigkeit und schaffst die Grundlage für skalierbare, effiziente Legal-Prozesse. Gleichzeitig baust du die Organisation, Systeme und Strukturen auf, um Legal mit dem weiteren Wachstum des Unternehmens mitzuskalieren.

Deine Aufgaben

- Gesamtverantwortung für die Rechtsfunktion und deren strategische Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen.
- Sparringspartner für CEO, C-Level und Leadership Team in allen rechtlichen und unternehmerischen Fragestellungen.
- Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung von Legal-Strukturen und Prozessen.
- Effiziente Steuerung externer Kanzleien sowie Aufbau eines skalierbaren Legal-Setups inkl. Einsatz moderner Tools und KI-Lösungen.
- Aufbau und perspektivische Führung des Legal Teams.
- Steuerung von Budgets, Prioritäten und Stakeholdern im gesamten Legal-Bereich.
- Beratung zu kommerziellen, regulatorischen und operativen Fragestellungen im Tagesgeschäft eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens.
- Mitgestaltung zentraler Themen wie Expansion, Compliance und Risk Management.

Dein Profil

- Volljurist:in oder vergleichbarer juristischer Background
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Inhouse Counsel, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, wachstumsstarken Umfeld in einem Startup
- Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Steuerung komplexer Themen oder Projekte
- Erste Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen, Prozessen oder Teams
- Ausgeprägtes Business-Verständnis und pragmatischer, lösungsorientierter Beratungsansatz
- Interesse und Motivation, eine gesamte Funktion aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
