Life is too short not to build something truly impactful, so join us on our mission to accelerate access to life-saving medicines. ## About the role In short: You build and scale Cellbyte's pharma partnerships and AI-native services engine, acting as a trusted advisor, a builder of an AI-native services capability, and a founding stakeholder shaping our commercial strategy. This is not a typical "sales" role. Within your first 12 to 18 months, you'll deliver multiple high-impact client projects end-to-end, originate millions in revenue, build a high-performing team, and help position Cellbyte as a leading AI-enabled partner in market access. Especially in the early phase, you'll run projects personally and hands-on - scoping, analyzing, and producing client-ready deliverables yourself, without a junior team to lean on. You build the team to scale delivery later; first you prove the model with your own hands. Your key responsibilities: - Leverage your network to originate and close high-value, project-based engagements, building long-term, trust-based relationships with senior pharma stakeholders. - Act as the face of Cellbyte in client interactions and become a trusted name among pharma decision makers. - Lead and shape project-based engagements across market access, pricing, and launch strategy, delivering high-impact insights using Cellbyte's AI platform. - Establish a repeatable model for winning and delivering RFPs, building a strong, weighted pipeline as you go. - Initially deliver engagements end-to-end yourself; as volume grows, build and mentor a team of top-tier Project managers, overseeing delivery while keeping the quality bar high, and create a structure that combines AI-native delivery with expert judgment - increasing the share of work the platform does over time. - Translate client needs into product direction, working closely with the founders and product team on roadmap, positioning, and Cellbyte's long-term role in the pharma commercial ecosystem.
