Clean up data, build views and reports, and field day-to-day questions from the GTM teams. - Help People Operations maintain standards and processes across the organization including hiring, onboarding, training, and other company operations as priorities evolve. - Assist with scheduling and coordination for company-wide meetings and events. - Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification. Candidate Qualifications - 1 – 2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or a similar role, ideally at a startup or fast-moving team. - Analytical and meticulous: You notice the small inconsistencies and patterns others miss, and you close loops. - Process-oriented: You like turning messy work into clear, repeatable steps. - Curious and coachable: You ask questions, look for context and existing processes before jumping to solutions, and want to learn from those around you. - A self-starter: You take initiative, work through blockers on your own when you can, and keep work moving without waiting to be asked. - A steady executor who follows a plan through to completion and flags potential blockers early. - Interested in owning small projects from start to finish, and building toward larger projects over time. - Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and spotting patterns or errors. - Communicate clearly and professionally with team members across functions. ## Nice to Have - Hands-on experience in HubSpot or other CRMs (we’ll train you on our HubSpot setup) - Exposure to using or building automation workflows or similar detail-driven scoped projects - Previous internal dashboard or database systems experience such as Notion or Gitbook ## Benefits - You will be paid competitively, receive stock options and have a variety of other benefits, including 100% company-sponsored health, medical and dental insurance. - Clarity has grown from 0 to 70 employees in under 4 years and is poised for continued growth. - Clarity is a product focused organization that consistently invests in improving the experience of its school and family users. - Clarity is a fully remote work environment, but also provides both team specific and company sponsored offsites every year. ## About Clarity ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Clarity provides a purpose-built financial aid and school management platform that helps K-12 private schools attract, enroll, and retain modern families while simplifying administrative workflows. - **Entity Type**: Private (Seed / Venture-stage; total funding between $6.5M and $8.8M per conflicting reports) - **Headquarters**: Wilmington, Delaware, United States - **Founded**: 2021 - **Founders**: Brennan Stark (Co-Founder & CEO), Matt Sherman (Co-Founder & CTO), Rich Sedmak (Co-Founder & Board Member) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Education Technology (EdTech) / K-12 Private School Management - **Target customers**: B2B – K-12 tuition-based private schools (financial aid directors, business officers, enrollment managers); indirectly serves families applying for tuition assistance. - **Mission**: “Be a trusted guide that helps millions of families to discover, plan for, and access the best educational opportunities for their children” and “Help schools adapt and operate — like the dynamic businesses that they must be — in order to survive, thrive, and best serve the families of the future.” ## Products & Services - **[Clarity Application](https://www.clarityschools.com/)**: SaaS platform for financial aid applications. The company values bias toward action and ownership. - **Mission-Driven**: Work that directly helps families access better educational opportunities and supports schools in thriving. ## Sources 1.
