Als GEO & AI Search Consultant (f/m/d) wirst du Teil unseres wachsenden Client Services Teams und unterstützt führende Marken dabei, ihre Sichtbarkeit in KI-gestützten Suchumgebungen, Large Language Models (LLMs), Suchmaschinen, KI-Assistenten und generativen Plattformen zu stärken.

In dieser Rolle kombinierst du fundiertes SEO-Know-how mit strategischer Beratungskompetenz. Du entwickelst und implementierst GEO-Strategien, berätst Kunden zu Best Practices im Bereich AI Search und übersetzt Geschäftsziele in konkrete Wachstumsmaßnahmen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Client Services-, Product- und Commercial-Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, unser GEO-Angebot weiterzuentwickeln und neue Standards für den Erfolg in der Ära der KI-gestützten Suche zu setzen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Du entwickelst und setzt GEO-Strategien um, die die Sichtbarkeit unserer Kunden in KI-gestützten Suchumgebungen, AI Assistants und generativen Plattformen stärken.
- Du begleitest neue GEO-Kunden beim Onboarding und unterstützt sie dabei, unsere Methodik, Tools und Reporting-Ansätze erfolgreich einzusetzen.
- Du analysierst KI-Sichtbarkeit, Zitierquellen, Sentiment, Share of Voice (SOV) und Ranking-Performance mithilfe von GEO-Monitoring-Tools wie Peec AI.
- Du leitest aus Daten und Performance-Ergebnissen konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab und unterstützt Kunden bei der Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
- Du verantwortest GEO-Budgets und Investitionen, entwickelst datenbasierte Empfehlungen und sorgst dafür, dass Ressourcen möglichst wirkungsvoll eingesetzt werden.
- Du beobachtest Entwicklungen, erkennst Trends und identifizierst neue Potenziale zur Optimierung der Performance.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Reports, Präsentationen, Case Studies und Business Reviews für unsere Kunden.
- Du präsentierst Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen in Kundengesprächen und unterstützt bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung ihrer AI-Search-Aktivitäten.
- Du unterstützt bei Pitches und Neukundenprojekten mit fundierten Analysen, Insights und GEO-Empfehlungen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kolleg:innen aus Sales, Client Services und Product zusammen, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer GEO-Initiativen sicherzustellen.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Playbooks, Prozessen, Best Practices und Trainingsmaterialien ein.

Dein Profil

- Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich SEO, Organic Growth, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren beratenden, kundenorientierten Rolle.
- Kenntnisse im Affiliate-Marketing sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
- Du bringst ein solides Verständnis für technisches SEO, Content-Optimierung, Autoritätsaufbau und organische Suchperformance mit.
- Themen wie AI Search, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Systeme und generative Suchtechnologien begeistern dich und du verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen aktiv.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit SEO-, Analytics- oder Performance-Monitoring-Tools, idealerweise auch mit Lösungen zur Messung von AI Visibility wie Peec AI.
- Du kannst Daten analysieren, Chancen erkennen und daraus klare Empfehlungen sowie konkrete Maßnahmen ableiten.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, inklusive Budgetverantwortung sowie der Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Handlungsempfehlungen gegenüber verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
- Du organisierst dich selbstständig, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig den Überblick.
- Du fühlst dich in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams wohl und arbeitest gerne funktionsübergreifend.
- Du kannst komplexe und technische Themen verständlich erklären und überzeugend vermitteln.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
