Deine Aufgaben - Geschäftsführung einer Hausverwaltung und Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft der Niederlassung in München inklusive Budget-, Kosten- und GuV-Verantwortung sowie Qualitätssicherung. - Souveräne Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen (ETVs) sowie professionelle Betreuung von Beiräten und Eigentümern. - Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Steuerung und Motivation des bestehenden Teams vor Ort sowie Verantwortung für den weiteren Personalaufbau. - Optimierung der bestehenden Strukturen durch den Aufbau klarer Abläufe, digitaler Prozesse und verlässlicher Zuständigkeiten im Team. - Operative Umsetzung von zentralen Initiativen vor Ort, insbesondere im Bereich der Digitalisierung, Prozessautomatisierung und Qualitätssteigerung.
