## Job description

Qui sommes-nous ?

Fleetch est une entreprise franco-ivoirienne et a pour mission de proposer la location de véhicules à des chauffeurs professionnels. La mission de l'équipe est d'optimiser la gestion de la flotte et l'activité des chauffeurs sur les véhicules.

Ton rôle :

Pour permettre le développement de notre offre en Côte D'Ivoire, vous travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les responsables des opérations locales. En temps que gestionnaire de notre flotte, tu seras chargé de :

- Suivi des documents administratifs liés à la flotte (assurance, carte grise, vignette, carte de stationnement etc)
- Suivre les maintenances et réparations des véhicules avec les gestionnaires de flotte et les ateliers
- Faire en sorte de réduire au maximum les temps d'immobilisation des véhicules pendant qu'ils sont au garage
- Suivre et gérer les sinistres avec l'assurance et les ateliers
- Veiller à la conformité et validité des pièces administratives avec la police et autres régies de l'Etat

Ce poste est fait pour toi si :

- Tu as une expérience dans la gestion de flotte automobile à grande échelle
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques et tu sais reporter quotidiennement
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se) : vous arrivez à suivre de nombreux dossiers en parallèle, à prioriser.
- Proactif(ve) et autonome : tu veux avoir de l'impact et tu sais prendre des initiatives.
- Travailleur(se) : tu n'hésites pas à aller sur le terrain, et tu es impliqué(e) dans tout ce qui est opérationnel et qui touche ton périmètre.

Qu'est-ce qui t'attend ?
