L'opportunité Aperçu du poste Le ou la gestionnaire du programme de produits est un leader clé de l’exécution responsable de coordonner l’ensemble du cycle de vie de systèmes thermiques sur mesure à haut rendement, depuis le lancement de la commande jusqu’à la préparation à l’expédition. Agissant comme lien essentiel entre la conception et la livraison physique du produit, cette personne assure l’exécution interfonctionnelle entre les équipes d’Ingénierie, de Fabrication, de Chaîne d’approvisionnement, de Logistique et de Qualité. La personne idéale ne se contente pas d’assurer le suivi des tâches; elle prend en charge les risques liés aux programmes, favorise la préparation opérationnelle, remet en question les écarts d’exécution et garantit que les engagements pris envers les clients sont livrés à temps, dans le respect du budget et selon les plus hauts standards de qualité. Principales responsabilités – Incluant, sans s’y limiter

- Définir et diriger la stratégie d’exécution de bout en bout pour plusieurs projets complexes et à forte valeur ajoutée, de l’étude de faisabilité initiale jusqu’à la préparation à l’expédition, tout en protégeant les échéanciers, la qualité et les marges.
- Valider la faisabilité de l’exécution avant l’engagement interne des programmes, notamment en ce qui concerne le réalisme des échéanciers, la maturité de l’ingénierie et les contraintes de fabrication.
- Remettre en question l’état de préparation de l’ingénierie et exercer l’autorité nécessaire pour interrompre la progression lorsqu’une conception n’a pas atteint le niveau de maturité requis pour la production.
- Assurer une préparation complète à la production, incluant l’exactitude des nomenclatures (BOM), la disponibilité des matériaux et la capacité des ressources; superviser les étapes critiques de validation telles que les essais d’acceptation en usine (FAT) et les inspections qualité.
- Diriger la gouvernance complète des programmes, incluant les rencontres quotidiennes d’alignement de l’exécution, les réunions hebdomadaires de coordination interfonctionnelle et les rapports mensuels destinés à la direction.
- Agir comme point central de l’exécution à travers l’organisation en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes des Ventes, de l’Approvisionnement, de l’Ingénierie, de la Qualité, de la Production et du Service sur le terrain afin d’assurer une discipline opérationnelle rigoureuse, du lancement de la commande à la livraison finale.
- Contribuer à la définition, au déploiement et à l’amélioration continue des outils, modèles et standards d’exécution en gestion de programmes produits chez XNRGY.

## Qualifications requises

- Baccalauréat en génie, en gestion de la construction, en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine technique connexe.
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets ou de programmes dans un environnement complexe, idéalement dans les secteurs manufacturier, industriel ou CVAC (HVAC).
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de programmes complexes comprenant plusieurs projets et des budgets de plusieurs millions de dollars, avec une responsabilité claire quant à la stratégie du programme et à la reddition de comptes auprès de la haute direction.
- Excellente capacité à mobiliser, aligner et responsabiliser des équipes matricielles et interfonctionnelles sans autorité hiérarchique directe.
- Solide sens des affaires et aptitude démontrée à équilibrer les risques, les coûts et les échéanciers afin de prendre des décisions stratégiques sous pression et dans des délais serrés.

## Qualifications privilégiées

- Maîtrise en génie, en gestion de projets, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Certification PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 ou toute autre certification reconnue en gestion de programmes et en résolution de problèmes.
- Expérience dans les secteurs des centrales de traitement d’air sur mesure, de la gestion thermique ou du refroidissement liquide, particulièrement pour des environnements critiques comme les centres de données hyperscale, les établissements de santé ou les salles blanches.
- Expérience démontrée dans le déploiement ou la mise à l’échelle de cadres de gouvernance de bureau de gestion de projets (PMO) et de modèles opérationnels au sein d’une organisation en forte croissance et en transformation.

The Opportunity The Sr. Product Program Manager (Sr. Product PM) is a critical execution leader responsible for orchestrating the lifecycle of custom, high-performance thermal systems from initial order release through shipment-readiness. Serving as the vital bridge between design and physical delivery, this role manages the cross-functional execution across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality. The ideal candidate does not just track tasks; they own program risk, drive operational readiness, challenge execution gaps, and guarantee that what is promised to the customer is built on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities – Including but not limited to

- Drive the end-to-end execution strategy for multiple high-value, complex projects from initial feasibility through shipment readiness, safeguarding schedule, quality, and margin protection.
- Validate execution feasibility before programs are committed internally - including schedule realism, engineering maturity, and manufacturing constraints.
- Challenge engineering readiness, and exercise the authority to halt progression if designs lack the maturity needed for production
- Ensure complete production readiness, including BOM accuracy, material availability, and resource capacity; oversee critical validation steps like Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and quality inspections
- Lead comprehensive program governance, including daily execution alignment, weekly cross-functional syncs, and monthly executive reporting.
- Serve as the central execution anchor across the business, collaborating seamlessly with Sales, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, Production, and Field Service teams to drive operational discipline from order release to final delivery
- Contribute to the definition, rollout, and continuous improvement of XNRGY’s Product Program Management tools, templates, and execution standards.

## Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, or a closely related technical field
- 10+ years of dedicated project or program management experience within a complex environment – ideally manufacturing, industrial, HVAC
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-project programs with budgets exceeding several million dollars, with clear ownership of program strategy and executive-level reporting
- Exceptional ability to lead, align, and drive accountability across matrixed, cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Sound business acumen with a proven ability to balance risk, cost, and schedule to make high-stakes, timely decisions under pressure.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, or other Program Management and problem-solving credentials.
- Experience in the custom Air handling, thermal management, or liquid cooling sectors: particularly servicing mission-critical environments like hyperscale data centers, healthcare, or cleanrooms.
- Demonstrated experience deploying, or scaling PMO governance frameworks and operating models within a fast-growth, evolving organization
- Direct experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles or transitioning custom prototypes to standardized manufacturing processes.
