## Job description

Vana es una fintech orgullosamente guatemalteca. Nuestro objetivo principal es utilizar tecnología para facilitar el acceso a productos financieros a la población poco bancarizada.

Actualmente nos enfocamos en créditos cuyas principales características son la facilitad, rapidez y los montos que se ofrecen. Toda la solicitud se realiza desde nuestra App Android, no es necesario visitar una agencia o punto físico para obtener estos créditos.

Requerimientos deseables

- Educación mínima: 2do año de universidad en carreras de Administración, Ciencias Económicas o afines.
- Experiencia de al menos 1 año manejando cartera en morosidad mediante cobros telefónicos.
- Alto nivel de persuasión con clientes.
- Tolerancia y paciencia.
- Facilidad para establecer relaciones interpersonales.
- Dominio de herramientas digitales como WhatsApp Web, Messenger, Excel y Word.
- Experiencia en digitalización y buena redacción/ortografía.
