As a General Ledger Accountant / Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in operating and scaling a NetSuite-based, multi-entity accounting function that supports Persona’s growing international footprint. This role will focus on global balance sheet ownership, tax compliance support, and month-end close execution across multiple legal entities and currencies. You will work hands-on in NetSuite to ensure accurate entity-level and consolidated reporting, maintain intercompany accounting, and support timely, audit-ready financial close processes. While reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements are core to the role, we take personal ownership over building durable processes and controls.
