## GLOBAL ENTITY FORMATION & EXPANSION SPECIALIST

Department: Client Services Reports to: Chief Customer Officer

## ROLE PURPOSE

Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability.

## CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead entity formation projects.
- Advise on entity structures.
- Manage external legal and tax partners.
- Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.
- Own client governance and delivery.
