We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Global Expansion Producer to lead the production rollout of our Strategic Scalable Initiatives (SSI) across international markets. Working globally rather than within a single region, you will partner with IP Owners, Business teams, Project Managers and Local Producers to transform successful productions into scalable, expansion-ready experiences. Your focus will be on enabling faster launches, maintaining consistently high production standards, and building the systems and processes that allow our experiences to grow efficiently around the world. This role combines production expertise with operational excellence. Success requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, influencing teams across multiple regions, and continuously improving how we launch and operate at scale. ## What You'll Own As Global Expansion Producer, you will be the global production owner for one or more SSI experiences. You will be accountable for: - Defining the production framework that enables successful expansion into new markets. - Maintaining production quality and operational excellence across your global portfolio. - Building scalable tools, documentation and processes that empower Local Producers. - Driving production efficiency through standardization, cost optimization and continuous improvement. - Supporting regional teams to successfully launch and operate experiences while preserving the integrity of the IP. ## Key Responsibilities Global Expansion & Launches - Lead the production workstream for global expansion, ensuring new market launches are delivered on time and to Fever's quality standards. - Assess production feasibility for regions, venues and market opportunities. - Adapt experiences to local regulatory, cultural, logistical and technical requirements without compromising the creative vision. - Build and manage production timelines, critical paths and launch readiness across multiple simultaneous projects. Production Excellence - Develop and maintain scalable playbooks, production guides, templates, cue sheets and operational documentation. - Standardise production processes across markets to improve consistency and reduce execution risk. - Establish clear governance, reporting and escalation processes for regional teams. - Capture learnings from launches and continuously improve production methodologies across the portfolio. Local Team Enablement - Support Local Producers, helping them successfully own production within their markets. - Deliver workshops, training sessions and operational reviews that increase local capability / improve global guidelines - Provide hands-on support during critical launches or complex operational situations when required. - Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across the global production organisation. Commercial & Strategic Impact - Benchmark production costs across markets and identify opportunities for greater efficiency. - Support vendor sourcing, supplier management and global procurement initiatives. - Partner with Business and Project Management teams on venue negotiations, production strategy and business cases. - Contribute ideas, technologies and production innovations that improve scalability, audience experience and profitability. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with Business teams, Project Managers and regional Production teams to ensure alignment across launches. - Communicate priorities, risks and progress clearly to senior stakeholders. - Drive accountability through structured planning, ownership frameworks and clear decision-making processes. Quality & Performance - Own production quality standards across your assigned portfolio. - Monitor operational performance, audience feedback and production KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. - Ensure every new launch strengthens both the customer experience and the long-term scalability of the IP. ## About You You are an experienced live events Producer who enjoys building scalable operations as much as delivering exceptional productions. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing stakeholders across multiple regions, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You are naturally organised, highly analytical and constantly looking for ways to improve processes, simplify complexity and enable others to succeed. You know how to create simple but complete documentation for worldwide teams to execute. ## Experience & Skills Required - 5+ years of experience producing live events, immersive experiences or touring productions across multiple cities or markets. - Proven experience managing complex productions involving third-party vendors, freelancers and contractors. - Strong understanding of production budgeting, permitting, Health & Safety and operational compliance. - Experience evaluating venues and production feasibility for new markets. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones. - Experience building operational playbooks, SOPs and production documentation. - Demonstrated ability to identify operational improvements and deliver measurable efficiency gains. ## Preferred - Experience scaling recurring live experiences internationally. - Knowledge of scenic fabrication, lighting, sound, costume and/or technical production.
