職位名稱: Global Security Operations Center Specialist／全球安全營運中心專員

GSOC Specialist 負責監控營運事件、進行初步風險評估，並依既定 SOP 與時限升級重大事件。此職位須與韓國 GSOC 團隊密切協作，以英文即時核對事件資訊的完整性、正確性及處置狀態。職務亦包含維護可追溯的事件紀錄、檢視提報品質，以及參與 SOP、BCM 與 GSOC 營運改善活動。透過一致且具紀律的事件處理，此職位將強化支援 Coupang 台灣成長所需的 GSOC 營運品質與持續性。

工作地點: 桃園 / 台北

主要職責

- 監控傳入事件、評估事件嚴重性與營運風險，並在既定時限內升級重大案件。
- 依 SOP、通報時限及升級節點，一致執行事件通報與升級程序。
- 以英文與韓國 GSOC 團隊協作，確認事件時間、地點、影響、處置狀態及待確認資訊。
- 製作及維護正確的事件日誌、報告、時間軸、營運紀錄及輪班交接文件。
- 檢視事件或據點提報中的資訊遺漏、矛盾、格式不一致及不可驗證陳述，並提供具體改善意見。
- 透過辨識流程缺口、重工、風險控制點及文件改善機會，參與 SOP、BCM、演練檢討、報告品質及 GSOC 營運改善活動。

必備資格

- 能夠監控事件、整理已知與未知資訊、判斷事件嚴重性，並依明確門檻執行升級。
- 能夠閱讀並依循 SOP、檢核表、工單流程、處理時限及升級矩陣。
- 能夠以英文與韓國 GSOC 團隊即時溝通事件資訊，包括提出澄清問題、資訊回讀及錯誤修正。
- 能夠建立結構清楚、正確且可追溯的事件紀錄，並區分事實與推測。
- 能夠檢視提報品質，辨識資訊遺漏、不一致、矛盾及不可驗證陳述。
- 能夠分析營運流程並辨識流程缺口、重工、風險控制點或文件改善機會。
- 能夠配合 24 小時三班制、每班 8 小時及非固定週休二日的排班安排。

優先資格

- 初階工作經驗，或約二至三年可驗證的工作、實習、專案或營運責任經驗。
- 曾使用 SOP、檢核表、工單流程、值班日誌、稽核文件、品質報告或營運交接文件。
- 曾於客服營運、IT 服務台、網路營運中心、設施營運、緊急應變或其他受程序規範的環境中執行事件分級或升級。
- 曾於跨國、跨時區或跨功能團隊中執行工單交接、營運更新或事件資訊同步。
- 曾檢查客服案件、工單、資料品質或營運報告的完整性、正確性及一致性。
- 曾參與程序修訂、演練檢討、品質改善、服務改善或其他持續改善活動。
- 能夠快速理解新提供的 SOP、辨識關鍵資訊、發現品質問題，並在既定時限內完成結構化任務。
