About the Job: We're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our People Strategy team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role where you'll partner closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams to attract exceptional talent in a fast-paced, global environment. If you're someone who loves building relationships, sourcing creatively, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, we'd love to hear from you. ## What you'll do - Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer across multiple business functions. - Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and advise on market trends. - Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels. - Conduct recruiter screens and present thoughtful, high-quality candidate shortlists. - Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process. - Manage pipelines, interview scheduling, and recruiting data within Greenhouse. - Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting operations and hiring processes. ## What you'll bring - 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment. - Experience hiring across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and G&A. - Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. - Previous experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships remotely. - A proactive, organized, and highly autonomous working style.
