This is fundamentally an operations and technical implementation role—we're looking for someone from an operations, systems, or technical implementation background rather than a traditional marketing background. You'll be the operational and technical backbone of a small, close-working team that collectively oversees marketing, partnerships, and events. The specific skill set you bring is operations and the more technical side of the work: building integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows that let Sales, Biz Dev, Customer Marketing, and Events get high-quality, on-brand work done with as little manual effort as possible. The core problem you're solving is that too much of this work today depends on too many manual actions. Your job is to automate as many of those actions away as possible. Your participation will also be needed in areas beyond pure operations, and you'll be expected to contribute to the group's strategic thinking and task execution where needed. ## What You Own You are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining systems that run with as little manual effort as possible. Here are a few immediate examples; the list will keep growing as the function matures. Sales collateral intake and fulfillment: Build a low-touch request-to-delivery pipeline for one-pagers, decks, case studies, flyers, and event handouts. Reps submit ideas or rough inputs and the system does the heavy lifting, turning them into on-brand output without someone manually rebuilding each piece. We already have a solid foundation of design and messaging standards; the job is to build the systems that make those existing standards easier to apply and adhere to—making high-quality, on-brand content easier for our sales team to build and use. Event intake and tracking: Build a centralized, largely self-running process for Sales and Biz Dev to submit event opportunities, sponsorships, trade shows, customer dinners, webinars, and other activities. The system captures the request and automatically spins up the associated tracking: ownership, budget, deadlines, collateral needs, follow-up tasks, and post-event outcomes. AI-assisted design and content production: Build and maintain an AI-enabled workflow that refreshes our content—case studies, one-pagers, slide decks, battle cards—on a regular cadence with the most up-to-date pain points and success data. Operational support for outside vendors: Support the coordination of external partners (web/SEO/ads, design, creative) from an operations standpoint, keeping deliverables, timelines, and handoffs on track, ideally through automated tracking rather than manual chasing. You are not the primary vendor manager, but you keep the operational machinery around those relationships running smoothly. Trade show and event execution: Establish and maintain a clear operating rhythm for trade show and event logistics that runs on systems and automation rather than depending on any single coordinator—registration, shipping, travel, lead lists, and the rest. ## What We're Looking For - Someone from an operations, systems, or technical implementation background, not necessarily marketing. - You build lightweight systems that reduce or eliminate manual work: integrations, automations, and AI-enabled workflows, then maintain them. - You're fluent with AI tooling. - Comfortable coordinating vendors and cross-functional stakeholders from an operational standpoint. - Strong collaborator who wants to be part of a tight team and contribute across multiple functions. Experience with Salesforce, Asana, ActiveCampaign, Slack, and Outlook. - You have a strong personal work ethic and enjoy being part of a high-performing team. The people around you are ambitious, competitive, and energized by working hard together. This role will fit someone who brings that same level of drive and takes satisfaction in doing difficult work well. - You have a “do what it takes” mindset. That does not mean routinely working 60- or 70-hour weeks, but it does mean taking ownership when deadlines, events, or important projects occasionally require extra effort, flexibility, or attention outside the normal rhythm of the work. - You are looking for a role with significant room to grow. Because this position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, operations, AI, and executive priorities, it offers unusual exposure and the potential to accelerate the career of someone who takes full advantage of it. ## Experience We're flexible on years. Two profiles fit equally well: - A sharp, more junior candidate with excellent critical-thinking skills who can work on the fly, figure things out independently, and stay composed under pressure. - A candidate with roughly 3–5 years of experience in a relevant operations or implementation role. What matters more than tenure is the ability to think clearly, move fast, and build systems that hold up. Backgrounds that fit well: business/revenue operations, technical program or project management, systems or implementation roles, sales/GTM operations, or ops-heavy roles where you built the tooling and automation behind a team. Experience with automation platforms and AI tooling is a strong plus. Healthcare or B2B SaaS exposure is a plus but not required. Compensation is $85,000–$110,000 annually, with the level within that range reflecting experience—the lower end suited to a strong junior hire and the upper end to a candidate bringing several years of relevant operations experience. ## About Brevium ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Brevium provides a patient reactivation and practice optimization platform for specialty healthcare, using clinical and operational intelligence to identify overdue patients and automate follow-up. - **Entity Type**: Private (Bootstrapped) - **Headquarters**: American Fork, Utah, USA - **Founded**: 2004 - **Founders**: Brett Gerlach ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) - **Target customers**: B2B; specialty medical practices and clinics (ophthalmology, dermatology, ENT, allergy, behavioral health, gastroenterology, optometry, pain management, urology, OB/GYN, cardiology, primary care) - **Mission or purpose statement**: To ensure patients receive the care they need by building the infrastructure healthcare was missing — turning lost patients into active ones and optimizing practice performance. ## Products & Services - **Patient Reactivation Platform**: An automated system that identifies overdue patients, interprets clinical and operational data, and activates appropriate follow-up at scale.
