## Job description

現在、AIロボティクス分野は、政府の掲げる17の成長戦略のひとつに掲げられており、特にロボットに関しては、数年ぶりにロボット政策に関する戦略、「AIロボティクス戦略」が2026年3月に策定されたところです。当社は小売、物流、製造といった現場においてフィジカルAIの社会実装を推進してきたところ、政府と密に連携することで社会実装の加速化、を目指しています。今回、より能動的な政策提言活動を推進するとともに、今後も取り組みを継続的に拡大していく予定であり、すでに実行フェーズに入っている経済産業系のNEDOプロジェクト等のマネジメントを補佐するコアメンバーを募集します。 成果が企業単位にとどまらず、業界や日本全体に大きな影響を与える点で非常に魅力的なポジションです。公共性や国家戦略の観点から長期的な未来を描く活動であり、多様なステークホルダーとの合意形成や特有の予算制約の中で進める経験が得られます。さらに、スタートアップのスピード感と国家規模のダイナミックさを両立したプロジェクト運営に携わる事ができます。

主な職務内容 NEDO等の公的資金（補助金・委託費）を活用したプロジェクトの運営・管理補佐を担当いただきます。

- NEDO等の公的プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理・事務局業務

- プロジェクトの進捗、スケジュール、予算の管理、資料作成

- 会計検査・確定検査等に向けた証憑類の整理・管理

- 公的資金に関する社内ルール・業務フローの整備および運用

- 社内の技術チーム、事業開発チーム、経理・法務等との調整

経験や適性に応じて、将来的には新規の公的プロジェクトの企画・申請や、政府との政策連携・政策提言活動にも携わっていただくことも想定しています。

応募資格

必須条件

以下のすべてを満たしている必要はなく、関連する経験をお持ちの方を幅広く歓迎します。

- プロジェクトマネジメント、事務局、コンサルティング等、複数の関係者と連携して業務を進めた経験

- ガイドライン、契約書、社内規程、公的な事務処理規程を読み、内容を理解して実務に落とし込める能力

- Excel / Google Spreadsheet、PowerPoint / Google Slides等を用いた資料作成・管理業務の経験

- 複数のタスクや期限を管理し、正確に業務を進められる能力

- 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる能力
