We’re building a flexible, high-performance platform that’s easy to deploy, monitor, and scale — enabling customers to bring advanced radio technologies to life faster than ever before. ## The Role We're hiring a Ground Network Partnerships Lead for our Ground Segment business to own the operational layer between business development and engineering. In this role. you'll take signed customer agreements and turn them into active, revenue-generating operations, managing vendor relationships, site logistics, and customer onboarding along the way. This is execution, not strategy. Every contract you activate is revenue. Every vendor relationship you manage protects uptime. AnySignal owns and operates ground stations at strategic global locations and integrates with partner networks to give satellite operators reliable, low-cost downlink. You'll be the person who makes that network run as a commercial operation, in a business unit we expect to scale significantly. ## What You'll Do - Activate customer contracts into live revenue. Coordinate integration timelines, onboarding, and ground network configuration to get customers operational. - Manage vendor and partner relationships. Own the commercial relationships with third-party ground network providers, including contract negotiation, SLAs, capacity planning, and cost tracking. - Support business development. Partner with our BD lead on proposals, pricing, and commercial terms. - Manage ground station site relationships. Handle landlord communication, leasing, permitting, and regulatory filings for owned and leased locations. - Identify and negotiate access to third-party antenna assets as we expand our hybrid network. ## What We're Looking For - 3+ years in partnerships, vendor management, business development, customer success or operations in aerospace, satellite, telecom, or infrastructure. - Experience managing commercial relationships with technical or physical infrastructure vendors, not just software. - Comfort with contracts, SLAs, and commercial negotiations. - A self-directed operating style. Small team, lots of context-switching, nobody telling you what's next. - Strong written communication. ## Nice to Have - Satellite ground operations experience. - Government or defense contracting familiarity. - Existing relationships in the satellite operator community. - Background in carrier relations or interconnect (telecom), ground segment or network operations (space), or subcontract and program management (defense). ## Compensation The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000 per year, plus equity. This range reflects our good-faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. The final base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an equity grant and our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), HSA's and 401K program. Export Control Requirements To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. ## Equal Opportunity & Accommodations AnySignal is committed to building an inclusive and accessible workplace where all employees feel respected, supported, and able to contribute fully. We are committed to ensuring equal access for all applicants. ## About AnySignal ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: AnySignal provides a full-stack, end-to-end radiofrequency (RF) platform that unifies communications, navigation, and sensing for the aerospace and defense sectors. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series A) - **Headquarters**: El Segundo, California, USA (with additional office in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) - **Founded**: 2022 - **Founders**: John Malsbury (CEO) and team (specific co-founder names not publicly listed) ## Core Business - **Primary Industry**: Defense Technology / Aerospace & Defense / RF & Space Infrastructure - **Target Customers**: U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, space explorers, allied forces, and mission-critical industrial operators (B2G / B2B) - **Mission**: To make RF the most reliable and secure layer of space infrastructure by building a single, unified platform for communications, navigation, and sensing — eliminating gaps and failure points where failure is not an option. ## Products & Services - **AnySignal Platform (Core)**: An end-to-end, software-defined RF platform that delivers RF as a single integrated capability. Combines hardware, digital signal processing (DSP), and network orchestration. - **AnyLink Network Orchestration**: Unified operations, interoperability, and intelligent scheduling for RF networks. - **AnyMesh Resilient Network**: Multi-band RF systems fusing advanced processing with space-grade hardware for resilient connectivity. - **AnyMission Hardware Suite**: A hardware ecosystem designed for space, land, air, and sea domains — includes the **TerraModem**. - **Autonomous Systems**: Reliable, low-latency RF engineered for autonomous operations across every domain. - **Electronic Warfare (EW)**: Real-time signal dominance to detect, disrupt, and defeat threats. - **Communications**: Secure, high-speed comms enabling real-time decision-making and resilient navigation. - **Radar**: Precision-engineered radar for real-time situational awareness. - **Threat Mitigation**: Built-in resilience against interference, jamming, and spoofing. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly disclosed (private company) - **Total Funding**: **$38.62M** raised across rounds (includes Series A of $24M raised ~1 year ago) - **Key Investors**: BlueYard Capital, First In, Upfront Ventures, Acequia Capital, Caffeinated Capital, and 6+ other investors. - **Key Client Win (April 2026)**: Selected by the **U.S. Space Force** to field its Resilient, Agile, and Interference-Defiant Network for secure MILSATCOM and the Space Data Network (SDN) — a major government contract validating the technology [everythingrf.com](https://www.everythingrf.com/news/details/21789-u-s-space-force-selects-anysignal-to-strengthen-milsatcom-resilience-against-electronic-warfare). - **Growth Signals**: Early-stage company (founded 2022) with significant government traction, 11+ employees on LinkedIn, and 16+ open roles listed as of mid-2026 — indicates scaling phase. ## Competitive Advantages - **Full-Stack RF Platform**: Unlike point solutions, AnySignal unifies communications, radar, and electronic warfare on a single, software-defined platform. - **Autonomous Adaptation**: System senses the environment in real time and autonomously adapts waveforms, power, and routing to defeat jamming and interference. - **Decentralized Architecture**: Replaces rigid satellite links with self-healing, decentralized networks — a critical need for modern contested environments. - **Mission-Critical Credibility**: Already trusted by the U.S. Space Force for national security applications, creating a high barrier to entry for competitors. - **Turn-key Integration**: Designed to integrate across networks, bands, and legacy systems (multi-vendor, multi-domain). ## Strategic Focus - **Current Priority**: Scaling the defense platform for the U.S. Space Force contract and supporting the DoD’s CJADC2 (Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control) vision and the Golden Dome initiative. - **Direction**: Moving from system development/validation to full deployment of resilient MILSATCOM networks. Actively hiring across engineering, hardware, software, and business development to support this growth. - **Product Expansion**: Continued investment in autonomous adaptation, electronic warfare, and multi-domain hardware (space, air, land, sea). ## Why Work Here - **Culture**: "Built for the People Who Build the Future" — the company emphasizes ownership and mission-driven work. Employees are described as "stakeholders" in the company's success. - **Remote/Hybrid Policy**: **In-Office** — work is primarily based in Los Angeles (El Segundo) and Vancouver offices.
