業務内容 財務報告・開示業務

- 有価証券報告書等の開示書類作成・レビュー
- 財務報告資料の作成および管理
- 監査法人対応および関連資料の準備

Group Controller業務

- 連結決算および連結財務諸表の作成・レビュー
- グループ各社との連携および財務情報の収集・管理

内部統制・業務改善

- 内部統制文書の作成・運用・管理
- 会計方針や業務プロセスの整備・改善

応募要件 【必須要件】

- 以下の実務経験を有すること
- 有価証券報告書の作成・レビュー経験（担当パートのみではなく、全体の整合性や取りまとめを含めて関与した経験を重視）
- 連結決算書の作成・レビュー経験
- 内部統制関連文書の作成・運用・管理に関する知識または経験
- 公認会計士（CPA）資格、簿記2級、またはそれに準ずる知識・実務経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英文メールの作成・読解ができる英語力

- グローバル企業での勤務経験
- 海外子会社との連携業務経験
- 英語での会議参加や口頭コミュニケーション経験

想定キャリアパス 入社後は、財務報告・開示業務を中心に、有価証券報告書の作成・レビュー、連結決算、内部統制関連業務などを担当いただきます。

その後は、ご経験やご志向に応じて、より幅広いGroup Controller業務を担当いただきます。将来的にはGroup Controller領域における中核メンバーとして、より広い責任範囲を担っていただくことを期待しています。
