## Job description

Gib unseren Robotern Bewusstsein Physical AI kann nicht allein mit Internetdaten trainiert werden. Roboter müssen Fähigkeiten in der realen Welt erlernen – durch Beobachten, Interagieren und das Arbeiten in echten Umgebungen. Das ist die Idee hinter NEURA Gym: ein globales Netzwerk physischer Trainingszentren, in denen Roboter industrielle Aufgaben/Skills direkt von erfahrenen menschlichen Operator:innen lernen – von den Menschen, die diese Prozesse in- und auswendig kennen. Als Group Lead Data Operations - RoboGym führst du das Team der Data Operators, die Menschen, die unseren Robotern am nächsten stehen und die dafür sorgen, dass das NEURAGym, unsere Datenproduktionsfabrik, reibungslos läuft.

Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

- Du leitest ein praxisorientiertes Team aus erfahrenen Data Operators sowie Data-Operator-Praktikant:innen, die mit vollem Einsatz dabei sind, Daten in höchster Qualität zu erheben, und die früh in ihrer Karriere hautnahe Erfahrung mit Cognitive Robotics sammeln möchten.
- Du „führst die Werkshalle": Du trägst dazu bei, die täglichen Prozesse im NEURAGym kontinuierlich zu strukturieren und zu optimieren, und sorgst für die Sicherstellung und Verbesserung von Daten- und Prozessqualität sowie von Dokumentations- und Projektausführungsstandards.
- Du trägst zur Effizienz der Datenproduktion bei, indem du KPIs konsequent festlegst und nachverfolgst, um Schichtpläne zu optimieren und Blocker in Betrieb, Use-Case- und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung zu beseitigen.
- Du förderst Wissensaustausch und das Bewusstsein für aktuelle betriebliche Themen und Lösungen im Team, indem du strukturierte Meeting-Slots während des Arbeitstags organisierst und verantwortest.
- Du trägst zu Recruiting- und Interviewprozessen bei, einschließlich der Kandidat:innenbewertung.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Projektstakeholder und die Führungsebene.
- In Abstimmung mit internen und kundenseitigen Projektstakeholdern stellst du sicher, dass die richtigen Talente aus dem Data-Operators-Team für eine Datenerhebungskampagne eingesetzt werden, um sie zum Erfolg zu führen.
- Du stehst in engem Austausch mit den Robotics- und AI-Development-Teams und bleibst auf technischer Ebene am Ball, um technische Herausforderungen zu verstehen und bei deren Lösung zu unterstützen – indem du deine technischen Erkenntnisse in eine passende Recruiting- und Skills-Development-Strategie einfließen lässt.

Worauf wir uns freuen

- Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Robotik, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams in einer Produktionsumgebung.
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und in der Kommunikation.
- Fähigkeit, mehrere Teams und Prioritäten in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu koordinieren.
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein strukturierter Ansatz bei der Problemlösung.
