## DEINE MISSION UND HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Die Visionäre leiten: Führen und fördern Sie ein multidisziplinäres Team von Systemarchitekten und Ingenieuren, um technische Exzellenz und Innovation über mehrere Produktlinien hinweg voranzutreiben.
- Integrierter Flow: Arbeiten Sie eng mit den Safety- und Cybersecurity-Managern zusammen, um einen schnellen, nahtlosen und integrierten "System-Safety-Security"-Entwicklungsprozess zu schaffen, der eine Zertifizierung ermöglicht, ohne die Entwicklung zu verlangsamen.

- Erfahrung: Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Systems Engineering (sicherheitskritische Produkte und autonome Systeme), davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer Führungs- oder Managementrolle.
- Tiefer technischer Hintergrund: Master oder PhD in Robotik, Systems Engineering oder Informatik mit einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz in der Systementwicklung über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg.
