You’re a Great Fit If You Have: - Experience in customer success, account management, agricultural consulting, farm operations, irrigation management, agtech, or a related customer-facing role. - Strong familiarity with agriculture and the ability to communicate knowledgeably about irrigation and crop-management practices. - The ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with growers. - Strong communication, training, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - The ability to manage multiple customers, projects, stakeholders, and priorities.. - A hands-on working style and comfort spending time in agricultural field environments. - Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region, approximately 25–40%, with occasional overnight travel. - Comfort safely accessing irrigation equipment or working at moderate heights when required, following all safety procedures. - A bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, crop science, irrigation, agricultural engineering, business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. - A genuine interest in helping customers succeed and advancing more efficient, sustainable agricultural practices. ## What We Offer Join a passionate, mission-driven team working at the intersection of agriculture, climate, water, and technology.
