The Growth Director collaborates closely with the Executive Growth Director to strategically respond to inbound RFPs, originate new business through targeted outbound marketing, and lead the development and articulation of all proposals. Success in this role demands the ability to expertly solicit and synthesize diverse input from key stakeholders across client services, culture, verbal, design, and leadership.
