About the Role: We are looking for someone to help drive Grant’s user acquisition engine, with a primary focus on Google. This role is responsible for helping achieve Kikoff’s company targets, including customer acquisition, CAC, and ROAS goals via precise channel management and ownership. You will manage the Google ads channel end-to-end, focusing on initiatives and projects such as: - Campaign execution and ad creation - Optimizations including bidding, budget, and strategic adjustments based on performance - Creative testing - Attribution and incremental measurement This role is cross-functional in nature — you will work very closely with creative and data teams to drive profitable growth and help advance the channel.
