The role: Growth Specialist Build Neon’s go-to-market engine alongside the head of GTM and CEO. Prioritize ruthlessly, self-direct, and chase leverage wherever it lives. Some examples of what you might work on: - Create content that drives thought leadership and demand, crafting messages with clarity and hype. - Spin up growth systems: SEO, paid ads, retargeting, referral loops. Recruit and manage agencies/contractors for these functions as needed. - Plan and run industry events end-to-end, converting attendees into advocates and customers. - Develop sharp sales collateral: decks, one-pagers, positioning guides. - Architect outbound campaigns (Apollo, Outreach, etc.) targeting pharma decision-makers, testing messaging, and iterating fast. - Maintain outbound deliverability (domains, DMARC/DKIM). - Run rapid experiments to test channels, messaging, and processes. - Build GTM infrastructure in Notion and Clay, automating workflows where possible.
