We appreciate your patience and will be in touch with suitable candidates as the process progresses. ## About the role Percona is hiring a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators. You will work alongside the Product Marketing Manager / GTM Owner to keep launches, campaigns, content, and community programs running on time and organized, giving you hands-on exposure to product marketing for a Kubernetes-native, open source product line. ## What you'll do - Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and service offerings: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, and asset tracking. - Help build and maintain GTM assets, including web page updates, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials, working from briefs provided by the PMM/GTM Owner. - Support community, partner, and customer engagement activity, including coordinating interviews, gathering testimonials, and organizing case study material. - Maintain and organize customer evidence: interview notes, quotes, proof points, and research inputs. - Track campaign performance data and help prepare reporting on segmentation and demand generation results. - Coordinate with Digital Marketing on scheduling and asset delivery for content, SEO, PPC, email, and social channels. - Support event and CFP logistics for Kubernetes and database community events (submission tracking, deadlines, speaker coordination) ## What you'll bring - An interest in tech marketing. - 1+ years of experience in a marketing, GTM, or coordination role. - Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once. - Good writing skills and attention to detail. - Basic comfort with data: pulling numbers together, spotting patterns, building simple reports. - Fluency in English (written and spoken). - A proactive mindset: comfortable asking questions, following up, and keeping things moving without needing every step spelt out.
