Join us, and help redefine how the world’s most innovative lenders do business. The GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing sits inside the Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the VP, Growth Marketing. This is not a traditional marketing ops role. It is an intelligence and activation role with equal parts analyst, builder and campaign strategist. This is a new role at Ocrolus and you will own the systems that surface who to market to, build the lists that feed prospecting and expansion campaigns, mine product usage data to find wallet share opportunities, and close the loop between campaign performance and revenue impact. You will work across the full funnel: demand generation, customer expansion, and pipeline conversion. The output is measurable: pipeline influenced, accounts reached, expansion and new revenue identified. ## What You'll Own Segment Intelligence & Audience Development: - Mine the CRM, product usage data, and intent signals to identify net-new segments and expansion opportunities our team isn't currently marketing to - Build and maintain prospecting lists for SDR and paid media campaigns — segmented by vertical (mortgage, SMB, fintech), lifecycle stage, and behavioral signals - Map the customer base to identify accounts with low product adoption, high processing volume, or underutilized product lines — and build marketing audiences around them - Define and operationalize ICP scoring within HubSpot and SFDC so the team works the highest-signal accounts first Demand Generation & Pipeline Influence: - Build and maintain the systems that connect marketing activity to pipeline — from first touch through opportunity creation - Coordinate with Demand Gen, Customer Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to design and automate multi-channel campaign workflows that span email, paid, and SDR outreach, triggered by behavioral or firmographic signals - Partner with the digital and demand gen team to build account-level intent scoring and translate intent signals into active campaigns - Own the closed-loop attribution framework: connect ad platform data, campaign responses, and CRM opportunity data so we can prove what's working - Mine and enrich multichannel audiences to surface opportunities for high-intent, in-person events Customer Expansion & Wallet Share: - Analyze product usage data (Heap, Snowflake) to identify which customers are underusing high-value products and build targeted expansion campaigns - Build playbooks and campaign triggers for cross-sell and upsell motions across mortgage, SMB and consumer lending verticals - Partner with Customer Marketing and Account Management to identify renewal risk signals and build retention-focused campaign audiences - Develop a data model that links customer engagement metrics to revenue expansion potential, surfacing prioritized accounts for the team weekly Systems & Automation: - Build and maintain automation workflows in HubSpot and connected tools that reduce manual list-building and campaign setup time - Integrate data sources — CRM, product usage, intent platforms, ad platforms — into a unified view that the marketing team can act on - Document all systems, data definitions, and workflows so they are maintainable and scalable as the team grows - Evaluate and pilot AI and automation tools that accelerate campaign execution without sacrificing targeting precision Measurement & Reporting: - Define KPIs for each audience type and campaign motion: match rates, engagement rates, pipeline influenced, expansion revenue attributed - Build dashboards that give the VP Growth Marketing a real-time view of funnel performance, audience quality, and campaign ROI - Run structured experiments — A/B audience tests, message tests, channel tests — and produce fast, defensible readouts ## What We're Looking For Required: - 4+ years in a B2B sales, marketing or revenue operations role at a fast-paced SaaS or fintech company — you understand how deals get done and how marketing influences them - Hands-on experience with HubSpot and SFDC (or comparable CRM/MAP) — building lists, workflows, and reports, not just reading them - Strong SQL and Snowflake proficiency — you can query a database to answer your own questions without waiting on a data team - Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline or revenue outcomes — you've built attribution models or closed-loop reports before - Experience working with product usage or behavioral data to inform marketing decisions - Analytical by default: you form a hypothesis, build the query, test it, and act on the result Strongly Preferred: - Experience in mortgage tech, fintech, or lending SaaS — you understand the buyer (lender/underwriter/ops leader) and the buying process - Familiarity with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Bombora, ZoomInfo, etc.) and GA4 and how to operationalize signals into campaign audiences - Experience with data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Clearbit or similar) for account and contact enrichment - Familiarity with Heap or comparable product analytics tools - Python or JavaScript for building lightweight automation scripts and handling API calls - Comfort working with AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate research, segmentation and workflow automation You Are: - A builder. You don't wait for someone to hand you a list — you go find the data and make one. - Commercially minded. You measure your work in pipeline and revenue, not activity metrics. - Precise. You check your own work before you ship it to the team. - Fast and pragmatic. You know when a 80% answer delivered today beats a perfect answer delivered in three weeks. Life at Ocrolus We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and problem solvers who care deeply about our mission — and each other.
