We're looking for a GTM Engineer, Marketing (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany.

You won’t just use AI tools. You’ll help build the agentic layer that supports our GTM efforts: workflows and agents that take repeatable work off channel owners’ plates and make marketing measurably better at creating demand and influencing pipeline. You’ll build on what the team has already started, work side by side with channel owners, and measure every decision against one thing: commercial impact.

## Your mission

Support channel owners with an agentic layer

- Contribute to the design of our agentic architecture and work toward the long-term vision: a two-way loop where learnings and signals trigger updates, so marketing shifts from reactive to continuously adaptive.
- Work with channel owners to build agentic workflows that take repeatable work off their plates they then can run and adapt without you
- Spot gaps along the way and close the ones that move pipeline

Create the campaign intelligence behind it

- Build the campaign lifecycle framework: which signals predict demand at each stage, how content maps to pipeline progression, and what real-time performance tracking requires technically
- Automate the assembly work of pulling, structuring, and summarising performance data across channels, so channel owners can act on insight rather than chase it
- Help channel owners move campaign performance analysis from experiment to production, with pipeline contribution as the headline metric

Improve the data foundation it all runs on

- Audit where marketing data lives today (HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) and map how it actually flows, or doesn’t, between systems
- Design clean, structured data connections so every agent and workflow has reliable inputs, and so demand and pipeline become measurable end to end
- Partner with channel owners to connect what’s already there into one coherent commercial data layer that ties activity to impact

You'd be a great fit if you

- Have hands-on experience building AI-native marketing/GTM systems in B2B
- Tie every technical and campaign decision to commercial impact, whether demand generation or pipeline conversion
- Think in systems: you map a workflow before building it and know which steps should be agentic, which deterministic, and which need a human in the loop
- Know how HubSpot, GA, and other marketing platforms pass data between each other, and can design scalable end-to-end flows around that
- Are at ease with APIs: you can read the docs, make calls, and work with endpoints and data structures without an engineer beside you
- Thrive in ambiguity and never stand still: This is a new function, and you’ll be defining it as much as filling it. You spot gaps before anyone asks and come up with ideas that move the needle.
- Are genuinely curious about hospitality and the people you’ll be marketing to
- Communicate fluently in English; German or French is a strong plus
