Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. ## The Role Adyen is looking for a GTM Operations Manager in North America who will facilitate the execution of the regional GTM strategy and spearhead the collaboration between the commercial functions (Marketing, Business development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management). Based in our San Francisco office, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth and fostering operational efficiency through strong partnership with the regional commercial leadership. Together with the global GTM Operations and Revenue Technology teams, you will help drive a universal, end-to-end commercial process that is continuously optimized to meet the needs of our markets. You will also collaborate with the regional analytics team to translate data insights into actionable growth opportunities. ## What You’ll Do ## Key Responsibilities - Partner with NA regional leadership (President, VP’s, Heads of) to elevate GTM execution, including operationalizing strategic initiatives, leading workshops and business reviews, and co-creating and facilitating the execution of the GTM strategy. - Translating insights into improvements and solutions, and driving teams to solve them. - Championing and executing the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives - Understand process gaps that degrade data hygiene in NA and identify operational improvements - Influence implementation and enablement of processes, systems and tools - Support commercial goal setting for the region in collaboration with Regional Analytics - Align on prioritization with Revenue Technology and the global GTM Ops team - Connect the dots with other regional teams to exchange best practices ## Who You Are - 7+ years experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Specialist, Sales Operation Manager, Salesforce consultant) and working with cross functional teams - Proven track record of supporting GTM team's revenue generating efforts - Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives - Program management skills - Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions - Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value - Strong experience in change management and realizing process adoption - Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset and decision making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Adyen We actively seek different perspectives to sharpen our ideas.
