We are the only fully vertical platform in this space with meaningful, proven revenue and real product–market fit. ## Role Overview We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to own hiring across our go-to-market organization. You'll partner directly with our GTM leaders to hire exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other commercial functions. You'll own searches end-to-end, from building the talent strategy and sourcing passive candidates through running the interview process and closing offers. This is a hands-on recruiting role. We're looking for someone who loves sourcing, has strong instincts for talent, and can operate with speed without lowering the bar. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape how we recruit as F2 scales, including improving our processes, interview practices, talent mapping, and candidate experience. ## What you'll do - Own GTM searches end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and other commercial roles - Build and maintain deep pipelines of exceptional passive talent - Partner closely with hiring managers to define profiles, calibrate on talent, and build effective search strategies - Proactively map talent across our target companies and markets - Source and engage candidates through creative outbound strategies and referrals - Run a high-quality candidate process from first conversation through offer and close - Help hiring managers build structured interview processes and scorecards - Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to identify gaps and improve hiring velocity - Maintain a high bar for both talent quality and candidate experience - Help improve our recruiting systems, processes, and tools as we scale ## What we're looking for - 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with significant experience hiring GTM talent - A track record of hiring high-performing enterprise sales and other commercial talent - Excellent sourcing skills and a genuine interest in finding people who aren't actively looking - Strong judgment and the ability to quickly understand what separates a good candidate from an exceptional one - Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and executives - Strong candidate management and closing skills - Comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through - High ownership, low ego, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed - Excited to work in person with the team in New York ## Nice to have - Experience recruiting at a high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or fintech company - Experience hiring enterprise AEs selling complex products into large organizations - Experience building GTM teams at an early-stage company - Familiarity with Ashby or similar modern recruiting tools ## Why F2 You'll join F2 at a stage where recruiting has a direct impact on the trajectory of the company.
