Traditional procurement is one of the most frustrating, friction-filled bottlenecks in the modern business. Vertice is the world’s first Intelligent Procurement Platform eliminating this chaos. By combining agentic workflows, deep AI insights, and a global network of expert negotiators, we empower enterprises to buy smarter and scale at pace. The market response has been unprecedented: - $75bn+ in spend processed across our platform. - 20% savings consistently delivered to our customers. - 70% reduction in standard enterprise procurement cycles. - 13X revenue growth achieved over the last two years alone. Founded by serial technology entrepreneurs Roy and Eldar Tuvey, who have successfully scaled and exited two category-defining platforms and created $600M+ in enterprise value, we are backed by over $100M in Series C funding from tier 1 global investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 83North, Lakestar. We have also been recognized as the #2 fastest-growing company on the Sunday Times' Tech 100 and the fastest-growing startup in the UK and Ireland by the FT’s Sifted (#4 in Europe). With headquarters in London and hubs in New York, Brno, Sydney, and Johannesburg, we are fundamentally reshaping the global B2B economy. ## THE ROLE In a nutshell, this role would suit someone who holds an unforgiving bar for excellence who feels personal accountability for the execution of the sales motion. You'll drive GTM strategy and enablement for a global sales organisation with a strong team across our US and EMEA offices. Leonard Maassen https://www.linkedin.com/in/leonard-maassen/ on AI use cases across GTM, Caldwell Harden https://www.linkedin.com/in/caldwellharden/ who focuses on our North American expansion, Chris Davis https://www.linkedin.com/in/crmdavis/ on GTM systems and Constantin Clement https://www.linkedin.com/in/constantinclement/ on wider GTM projects. This is a role about the motion itself: how Vertice pitches, positions, negotiates and closes, and what the team needs to do all of that better. The reporting engine behind the sales org is already in a good place, so the leverage sits in the craft rather than in RevOps. The work is global and you'll spend most of your time in the London HQ. YOU'LL FOCUS ON THREE THINGS IN YOUR FIRST TWELVE MONTHS: #01. Raise the ceiling & the floor Understand what it takes to win, then embed the standard throughout the sales motion, across the team. There is no prescribed way to do this. #02. Selling a broad product portfolio Vertice is selling a portfolio of products. The best reps already excel at selling the full portfolio, because they earn more from it. Your job is to accelerate that momentum, and to do it again for whatever comes next. #03. Programmes for scale There is huge headroom across newer channels, which need GTM programmes designed, shipped and measured, alongside sharpening the ICP and pushing AI use cases into a fast-growing sales org. You'll report to Constantin Clement https://www.linkedin.com/in/constantinclement/, who owns GTM Strategy & Ops, Business Development, Solutions, Deals Strategy and Special Projects with Roy. Both he and Roy recognise that more attention to GTM Strategy & Ops will yield far more juice from the squeeze. For the right person, this is a rare chance to shape how a genuinely excellent sales organisation operates, at the point where it is scaling channels, geographies and products at once, with the CEO close enough to the work to back what you build. ## ABOUT YOU We're looking for an analytical generalist with operator instincts: someone who wins the confidence of senior sales leaders and pushes work all the way into execution. In general, we find it takes a certain type of person to thrive at Vertice: someone with a spike in their craft who is also genuinely low-ego, communicates in plain English, doesn't settle for the status quo, and gets a kick out of company building with smart people. IN PRACTICE, IT'S LIKELY YOU'LL HAVE MOST OF THE FOLLOWING: #01. Hold an unforgiving bar for excellence You are a perfectionist about the craft, and you can tell good from great in the detail rather than in the aggregate. We think the best people feel the weight of performance on their shoulders, like the sales leaders they partner with. "THE KEY HERE IS A SUPER HIGH BAR FOR EXCELLENCE. CAN THEY LISTEN TO A CALL AND HAVE THE INSTINCTS AND THE BAR TO SAY THIS WASN'T GREAT, AND THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE DIFFERENT." - CONSTANTIN CLEMENT, HIRING MANAGER #02. Have commercial horsepower and gravitas You frame decisions around revenue impact rather than activity, you are quick and confident with numbers, and you command the respect of AEs and senior sales leaders well enough to challenge them and be believed. #03. Have built the enablement craft You have built assets that win deals, embedded excellence in how a team operates, and measured the impact in hard numbers (it's not important if you've had an Enablement title - if anything it's likely you don't). You're happy to screenshare the work. #04. Think from GTM strategy to execution You have architected and shipped GTM programmes end to end with measurable revenue impact. For example, you built and defended an ICP from first principles and know the nuance of a good target list in practice. #05. Are a stage-appropriate leader You have done high-ownership work in a comparable high-agency, high performance environment. Ideally you have managed at least one person, though formal line management is preferred rather than required. ## INTERVIEW PROCESS #01. Discovery with Sam · ~60 mins · Remote Short form (~5 mins) on hygiene, like compensation, then a call to explore mutual fit with Sam https://www.linkedin.com/in/sam-jems/, an recruiter embedded at Vertice. Sam has worked with Vertice for >2 years. #02. Discovery with Constantin · ~45–60 mins · In-person Your hiring manager, Constantin Clement https://www.linkedin.com/in/constantinclement/. You may also meet one other member of the team, or spend further time with Constantin before moving to panel. #03. Panel with Roy, Matt and Constantin · ~75-90 mins · In-person A working session with Roy Tuvey https://www.linkedin.com/in/roytuvey/ (CEO), Matt Barnard https://www.linkedin.com/in/mattbarnard1/ (CFO), Constantin and one of Vertice's sales leaders. We'll share the detail in advance. IF YOU INVEST TIME AT ANY STAGE 1-3, WE'LL GIVE YOU FEEDBACK REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME. THERE'S ALSO THE OPTION TO MEET MORE OF THE TEAM AFTERWARDS IF IT'S USEFUL TO YOU. WHAT NOW? If you're keen to keep exploring this opportunity with Vertice, let's speak. Complete the application form and we'll be in touch if we think it's a good fit on paper.
