## What You'll Do

As an H&H Project Manager, you'll lead drainage and hydrologic/hydraulic engineering projects from concept through completion while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor to your team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing multiple H&H and drainage projects from proposal through final delivery
- Developing innovative, practical engineering solutions for complex challenges
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders
- Leading project teams of engineers and technical staff
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and technical excellence on every project
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across land development projects
- Assisting with business development and helping secure new opportunities
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers and technical staff
- Promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

## What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas, or the ability to obtain within six months
- 7–10+ years of Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) and drainage engineering experience
- Proven experience managing engineering projects, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with industry-standard engineering and design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
