Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt hierbei auf der Herstellung von Krebstherapeutika. Mit der Unterstützung von über 2.000 Mitarbeitenden an unseren drei Standorten in Bloomington, Indiana, USA; Parsippany, New Jersey, USA und Halle/Westfalen, Deutschland, können wir unseren Kunden ein breites Portfolio von Verabreichungssystemen anbieten, darunter vorgefüllte Spritzen, flüssige/lyophilisierte Fläschchen, Verdünnungsmittel für die Rekonstitution, mit Pulver gefüllte Fläschchen und sterile Kristallisation. Neben der GMP-Herstellung bieten wir auch weitere Dienstleistungen an, darunter Unterstützung bei der Formulierung und Entwicklung, Gefriertrocknungsoptimierung, globale regulatorische Unterstützung sowie Sekundärverpackung.

Wir produzieren in unserem Werk in Halle/Westfalen Arzneimittel zur Therapie verschiedener Krebs- und anderer lebensbedrohenden Erkrankungen.

Für unser Team suchen wir Sie als Head (m/w/d) of Visual Inspection für die Abteilung Pharma Produktion Sichtung (2263).

In dieser Position sind Sie für die termingerechte, kostenoptimierte und qualitätsgerechte visuelle Inspektion (manuelle und halbautomatische Sichtung) inkl. der Entladung, Verbördelung und Außenwaschung von parenteralen Arzneimitteln verantwortlich. Des Weiteren gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Steuerung und Optimierung des Personaleinsatzes (inkl. Personaltraining & -entwicklung)
- Kostenstellenverantwortung und Budgetplanung
- Reduktion von Sichtungsdurchlaufzeiten
- Standardisierung und Kontrolle der Sichtungs-, Logistik- und Organisationsprozesse unter Lean Manufacturing Gesichtspunkten und regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Befolgung der aktuell gültigen cGMP-Regeln unter Berücksichtigung der Kundenanforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und zeitgerechte Bearbeitung von Change Control-pflichtigen Anpassungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessingenieuren
- Sicherstellung und Optimierung des GMP-Chargendokumentationssystems und die Erfassung und Beurteilung von qualitätsrelevanten Trends
- Weiterentwicklung des EMS-Systems durch Implementierung von 6S-Maßnahmen, Visualisierungen an SMBs (Standardized Metric Boards, A3s, Control Charts)

Sie bringen mit:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d) / Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder Ähnliches (z.B. Biotechnologie, Biologie, Pharmazie, Biochemie)
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung inkl. Führung größerer bereichsübergreifenden Teams, wünschenswert im pharmazeutisch-technischen Produktionsumfeld mit Kenntnissen der aseptischen Fertigung
- Erste Projekterfahrung wünschenswert
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische, organisatorische Abläufe (Prozesse)
- Organisationstalent, proaktive und klare Kommunikation sowie Entscheidungsfreude
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
