True Anomaly seeks those with the talent and ambition to build the technology that secures it. ## OUR MISSION True Anomaly delivers decisive capabilities for space superiority. We build autonomous spacecraft, advanced payloads, mission software, and space-based interceptors — enabling the U.S. and its Allies to secure the space environment and counter threats from the ultimate high ground. ## OUR VALUES - Be the offset. We create asymmetric advantages with creativity and ingenuity. - What would it take? We challenge assumptions to deliver ambitious results. - It’s the people. Our team is our competitive advantage and we are better together. ## YOUR MISSION We are looking for a regional head of construction to own how True Anomaly turns plans — and the brand — into physical reality across assigned regions, spanning both our production environments (manufacturing lines, cleanrooms, test facilities, and the specialized spaces) and our workplace environments (offices, common areas, and the spaces where our people work every day) — and to keep those environments running from a maintenance perspective. Regions and the number of sites a lead owns will continue to evolve as the company scales; you'll be accountable for construction and facilities maintenance across every site in your region(s), setting the standards, processes, and bar for quality and uptime, while developing and scaling the team to meet future demand when appropriate. This is a hands-on leadership role: until the team is staffed to match the project pipeline, you'll roll up your sleeves and carry projects directly, in collaboration with our Development Planner(s). You're equally credible directing a contractor on a job site, third-party PM, coaching an individual contributor, and sitting across from engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional leaders to align both production infrastructure and workplace buildouts with manufacturing scale-up and the broader mission and brand. Because keeping production facilities operational is the priority for maintaining throughput, you own maintenance as a first-class responsibility, not an afterthought. You measure your success by two things: a high-performing regional team and a construction and maintenance function — across both production and workplace — that runs like a well-oiled machine. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead a regional construction team and third-party general contractors delivering both production projects (manufacturing floors, cleanrooms, and test facilities) and workplace projects (offices and shared spaces) of varying scale across the sites in your region. - Own facilities maintenance for all production and workplace environments in your region, with the regional facilities maintenance team reporting into this role; because keeping production facilities operational is always the priority for maintaining throughput, this position ensures maintenance is resourced and responsive across every site in the region. - Develop and grow the regional construction and maintenance teams, strategically hiring additional talent to meet current and future demand against the regional project pipeline (today, some regions may be staffed as an individual contributor, with the identified candidate growing the team based on forecast). - Define, implement, and govern production and workplace construction and maintenance standards and processes that ensure consistency, quality, uptime, and scalability — aligned to company-wide standards and applied across every site in the region – and in alignment with the other Regional Construction Head. - Direct and manage project execution — including project management, pricing/estimating, and scheduling — to deliver both production and workplace projects on time and on budget, from schematic completion to go-live, while sustaining ongoing facilities operations. - Translate manufacturing, operational, and brand requirements into the physical environment, balancing throughput, technical performance, and innovative people-centered design with security and compliance. - Serve as a strategic leader and cross-functional partner inside and outside Facilities, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and workplace stakeholders across the ## QUALIFICATIONS Required - 10+ years of experience in construction, spanning industrial/manufacturing or high-tech/mission-critical facilities as well as commercial, office, or workplace/interior buildouts - Experience delivering cleanrooms, test facilities, or other specialized/secure production environments - Experience translating brand and workplace experience goals into built environments - People management experience, including developing and growing teams (either directly or indirectly) - Experience owning facilities maintenance operations, including managing maintenance teams to uptime and responsiveness KPIs - Proven ability to lead both strategy and hands-on project execution - Define construction- and maintenance-team KPIs and have a proven track record of holding the team accountable to hitting KPIs - Experience managing third-party general contractors across projects of varying scale to internal KPIs - Strong command of project management, pricing/estimating, and scheduling - Demonstrated ability to define and govern construction standards across multiple sites - Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget directly and indirectly - Experience balancing security and compliance requirements with technical, operational, and design intent - Experience scaling a construction function in a high-growth environment - Familiarity with the full design and construction lifecycle ## Nice to Have - Experience delivering secure construction environments - Professional licensure or certification (e.g., PE, PMP, DBIA, LEED) ## OTHER - Work Location - This position will be onsite 4 to 5 days per week at the True Anomaly facility for the assigned region. ## COMPENSATION - Base Salary: $140,000-$260,000 - Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience. To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. True Anomaly is committed to equal employment opportunity on any basis protected by applicable state and federal laws. If you have a disability or additional need that requires accommodation, please do not hesitate to let us. ## About True Anomaly ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: True Anomaly is a defense technology company exclusively focused on designing and building spacecraft, software, and payloads for space superiority in contested orbital environments. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series D – $650M fundraise announced in Q2 2026) - **Headquarters**: Centennial, Colorado, USA (with offices in Long Beach, CA; Colorado Springs, CO; and Washington, D.C.) - **Founded**: 2022 - **Founders**: Even Rogers (CEO and Co-Founder) and an undisclosed co-founder (Chief Engineer) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Defense & Space (space defense / space superiority) - **Target customers**: U.S. Department of Defense, allies, and partners (B2G / government) - **Mission statement**: “Enable a secure, stable, and sustainable space environment for the US, its Allies, and partners.” ## Products & Services - **Jackal**: A multirole space superiority platform described as a “tactical fighter-interceptor for contested space environments.” Modular hardware architecture with high-thrust, high-delta‑V performance; designed for high-rate manufacturability and maximum operational flexibility. - **Mosaic**: A full-stack software platform for autonomous mission command and control.
