Let’s make it happen! ## What you´ll do - Sit on the Americas Leadership team and co-shape the region's strategy. - Drive strategic finance initiatives that build the future of Emma's finance function in the Americas. - Lead cross-functional projects with teams across the region and globally, and own the results. - Turn data into recommendations that inform decisions across the business. - Review, improve, and where needed redesign internal processes and operating structures — for the region and at global scale. - Shape team structure and composition, as well as develop future leaders.
