## Job description

Start: z.s.m. | Niveau: Head of | Locatie: Amsterdam, Nederland (hybride) | Aanstelling: Fulltime (40 uur/week)

Voor ESN zoeken we een strategische, datagedreven en creatieve leider voor het Influencer Marketing-team. In deze rol ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor onze influencermarketing en zorg je voor groei: in omzet, nieuwe klanten, nieuwe partnerships, activaties en nieuwe kansen in de markt.

Je stuurt het team zowel operationeel als strategisch aan, bouwt bestaande relaties met creators verder uit en zorgt ervoor dat productlanceringen, activaties en campagnes naadloos worden gepland, creatief worden uitgevoerd en geëvalueerd op basis van harde data.

Jouw missie

- KPI’s & Processen: Je bent eigenaar van alle KPI’s en processen binnen
- Omzet & Groei: Je analyseert en optimaliseert de omzet die via influencers binnenkomt en zet actief in op het werven van nieuwe klanten
- Marktkansen: Je signaleert groeipotentieel in de Nederlandse markt en vertaalt dit naar concrete groeistrategieën
- Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt en versterkt de relaties met onze belangrijkste influencers
- Creatieve concepten: Je bedenkt creatieve ideeën voor productlanceringen promoties en influencer-activaties
- Cross-functionele afstemming:  Je waarborgt een sterke afstemming tussen product, promotie, content en influencer-communicatie. Je leidt de campagneplanning samen met relevante multidisciplinaire teams en garandeert een accurate, tijdige informatiedoorstroming
- Data-analyse: Je evalueert campagnes, productlanceringen en promoties en vertaalt de inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen
- Leiderschap: Je geeft leiding met helderheid, empathie en focus op resultaat. Je hebt oog voor motivatie, tevredenheid en ontwikkeling van het team
- Stakeholdermanagement: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van insights, Webshop, HR, Finance en marketing

- Aantoonbare ervaring in socialmedia, influencer-marketing of performancemarketing
- Cijfermatig & analytisch sterk: Je kent de relevantie KPI’s, leest rapportages moeiteloos en kan deze vertalen naar concretie actiepunten
- Strategie én uitvoering: je denkt strategisch, maar bent ook hands-on en voert de strategie moeiteloos uit
- Relatiemanagement: Je weet hoe je sterke influencerrelaties opbouwt, onderhoudt en opschaalt
- Creatieve vaardigheden: Een scherp gevoel voor creatieve campagnes, productlanceringen en socialmedia-activaties
- Gestructureerde werkwijze: Een zeer gestructureerde aanpak die zorgt voor betrouwbare, volledige en tijdige communicatie
- Leidinggeven: Je hebt ervaring met het direct of functioneel aansturen van teams, gecombineerd met een heldere, waarderende en oplossingsgerichte leiderschapsstijl, en je hebt een goed gevoel voor teamdynamiek
- Communicatie: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfverzekerd samen te werken met uiteenlopende stakeholders
- Talen & Aanwezigheid: Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels  en bent minimaal één keer per week op ons kantoor in Amsterdam
