If you are motivated by building resilient systems that matter and by seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll find purpose here. ## WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Head of Integration—a technically grounded leader who will own and scale our integration function as we move from early-stage deployments into full operational tempo. This role sits at the intersection of two critical domains: - Vendor integration—bringing third-party systems (video navigation, comms modules, and others) into our stack. - Customer integration—making our software run on our customers' platforms: aerial, ground, and maritime. This position is for someone who can take chaos, structure it, and turn it into repeatable results—fast. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO: 1. Vendor & Customer Integration - Manage end-to-end integration of third-party solutions into the Swarmer stack. - Own the integration of Swarmer's software onto customer platforms—aerial, ground, and maritime. - Lead R&D initiatives on new platform integrations and serve as the primary technical point of contact with hardware vendors. 1.
