When we ship a change, it reaches hundreds of thousands of users within days. ## THE ROLE We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing & Acquisition to build and run our paid growth engine from the ground up — the strategy, the channels, the always-on daily budget, the creative testing, the team, and the compliance guardrails that let us move fast without moving recklessly. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a "manage an agency and review decks" job.
