## DEINE MISSION & HERAUSFORDERUNGEN

- Team aufbauen und führen: Du gewinnst, führst und entwickelst ein Team von Robotic AI Application Engineers, das NEURAs Produkte in Kundenprojekten zum Einsatz bringt.
- End-to-End-Verantwortung: Du verantwortest den gesamten Delivery-Prozess für Kundeneinsätze — von der Machbarkeitsbewertung über die Projektplanung bis zur Integration vor Ort und der Abnahme.
- Senior Escalation Point: Du bist die zentrale Instanz für komplexe Kundenprojekte und stellst sicher, dass technische, terminliche und qualitative Erwartungen erfüllt werden.
- Feedback-Loop schließen: Du arbeitest eng mit Product Management und R&D zusammen, damit Kunden- und Field-Feedback in die Produktentwicklung einfließt.
